The Pavilion Dental Practice first opened in 1987, and led the way by being the very first private dental practice in the area.
We knew then, that private practice was the only way to be able to practise what we believe and to deliver the highest standards of care and treatment which we were taught, and which our patients have the right to expect.
Today sadly, in the light of a failing national dental health service, it has become even more true.
As the result of our constant review of how we practise and the services we offer, our practice is currently undergoing a transformation.
Part of this transformation is our change of name to ‘Yourdentist’, which we feel has a more modern and wider appeal. We are also modernising and upgrading our faclities and equipment so as to be able to continue to deliver the very best care and treatment for our patients.
In this practice, we aim to treat everybody with courtesy, kindness, consideration and respect.
All we ask in return is that you will adhere to this same principle and that you do your very best to follow the guidance and advice we give you concerning your dental health.
In addition, we ask you to keep the appointments you make with us. We accept that occasions will arise when the unexpected happens and you are unable to attend, in which case we ask only that you will call us, so that we can offer your appointment to someone else, who may be in extreme pain and need urgent attention.
We ask also that you pay your monthly fee on time and that whenever additional charges are incurred, that you pay these promptly when asked to do so.
If you are not happy with any aspect of the care or treatment you receive from us, please tell one of us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make amends
